Single Pot Still Irish Style Whiskey Sneak Peek
We’re giving you a sneak peek of our Single Pot Still Irish Style Whiskey! We used a 60% unmalted barley and 40% malted barley mash bill. After it’s one-week fermentation, it was triple distilled in our direct-fire copper pot stills. We’ll have cocktails available behind the bar. Bottles will be available next year once it’s fully rested.
